The first floor addition to this full brick semi-detached home comprised of 2 new bedrooms with built in robes, a shower room, and a small hallway adjoining the new staircase. The addition was built from a lightweight timber-framed construction, clad externally with a 75mm thick polystyrene base and an applied texture coat finish, and painted.
